While our holiday and residential parks in Hambleton are totally separate, because they are adjacent to each other, the residents of Hambleton Country Park have the advantages of using all the facilities of the holiday park during the open season.

Splashout
Enjoy the fun of our heated indoor swimming pool or relax in the sauna. Fun for all your family! Your grand children will also love our indoor Adventure Trail and games room.
Cast Away
Let your cares float away as you practice your angling skills in our well stocked coarse fishing lake. You can enjoy some friendly competition with your neighbours, giving names to 'the one that gets away'.
Ride A Train
Sunset Park is home to the 'Hambleton, Denver & Rio Grande', a one-fifth scale steam locomotive. Special owners' events are scheduled during the season when you can 'ride the rails' with your family.
Relax and Unwind
Relax and unwind at Sunset’s Lounge Bar. You can enjoy your drink even more knowing that you don’t have to drive home! You are only a stroll away! During the peak holiday season there is Saturday night live entertainment and much more on offer.
On certain nights Bingo is organized. Owners get together and organize special themed nights and events for the holidays. There are three complimentary events organized for owners during the season.
Small Pets Welcome
Fido can come too! Small dogs on a lead with well trained owners are welcome on our parks.
